At Humm!Cookies, every order is baked fresh to ensure the highest quality and taste.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product.
  • Issue store credit.
  • Provide a full or partial refund.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products that have been consumed, improperly stored, or requested outside the stated time frame.
